2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the current GROW Extranet only.

At this stage, GROW is a restricted, account-based system used to authenticate artists, collect gallery submissions, and manage related metadata.

There are no public profiles, no advertising, and no third-party analytics tied to personal identity.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate GROW and to authenticate participants.

3.1 Account & Authentication Data

When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, your email address, and a unique account identifier.

This information is used solely to create and manage your GROW account.

3.2 Contact & Verification Information

You are asked to provide a phone number and an artist biography, where you may share information about your artistic practice relevant for curatorial review and verification.

Providing a biography is voluntary. You should not include sensitive personal data.

3.3 Gallery & Artwork Information

If you submit a gallery, we collect a gallery title, and for each image: title, description, year created, and selected frame type (for presentation within the Museum).

This information is used to present and evaluate your work consistently across supported digital devices.

3.4 Contact Form Information

If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide in that form (such as your message, topic, and optional name or email) so we can review and respond.

We also apply basic spam-filtering signals to protect the form from abuse.

4. What We Do Not Collect

GROW is designed with strict data minimization.

We do not collect or store IP addresses, precise or approximate location data, device fingerprints, advertising identifiers, behavioral tracking data, social media profiles, or data from third-party brokers.

GROW does not use advertising cookies and does not sell user data.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to authenticate and manage your account, review and manage gallery submissions, communicate with you if necessary regarding verification or submission status, and maintain platform security and integrity.

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law, or to protect the legal rights and safety of Lenguart LLC, GROW, or its users.

Gallery content submitted for consideration may be reviewed internally as part of the curatorial process for Museum For A Rainy Day.

7. Data Retention

Account and submission data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

Gallery submissions may remain archived for curatorial or record-keeping purposes.

If you request account deletion, personal account data will be removed unless retention is required for legal or safety reasons.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account, and receive information about how your data is used.

Requests can be made by contacting us through our contact form.

We respond to reasonable requests within applicable legal timeframes.

9. International Data Processing

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and limit processing to what is necessary for platform operation.
